Step-by-Step Process:

Initial Introduction:

The first step is for us to introduce the request member (agent or broker) to Tim Yee in the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® compliance department.
Tim will provide the necessary contracts that need to be signed.

Contract Signing:

Once you receive the contracts from Tim, review and sign them to proceed.

After the contracts are signed, Greater Vancouver REALTORS® will provide a login for a test feed.
This is the stage where we get involved to help you integrate the test feed.

API Integration:

We will provide you with access to the test feed through our APIs.
Use our APIs to build your website and integrate the test feed data as required.

Compliance Submission:

Once your website is completed and the test feed is integrated, submit it for compliance review to Greater Vancouver REALTORS®.
Greater Vancouver REALTORS® will review your website to ensure it meets their compliance standards.

Full Dataset Authorization:

After the compliance review is successfully completed and approved by Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, they will authorize access to the full dataset.
You can then use our APIs to access and integrate the full Greater Vancouver REALTORS® dataset into your website.
