Signing In To Our Developer Portal

This guide explains the various ways you can access our developer portal.


Note on eligibility:

You do not need to be a licensed agent to create a Repliers account or to use a test/sample API key for prototyping.

However, access to real MLS® production data requires MLS® eligibility and approvals (usually an agent/brokerage, or a developer/vendor working on behalf of one).

First-Time Access


When your account is created for you, you'll need to access the developer portal directly. Here's what to do:


  1. Go to the developer portal login page at https://login.repliers.com
  2. You do NOT need a password to get started
  3. Choose one of the sign-in methods below that works best for you


Sign-In Options


Option 1: Sign In with Your Existing Accounts


If your email address is hosted by one of these providers (for example, if you use @gmail.com, @outlook.com, or a company email managed by Google Workspace or Microsoft 365):


  • Google Account: Click the "Sign in with Google" button and select your work email
  • Microsoft Account: Click the "Sign in with Microsoft" button and select your work email
  • GitHub Account: Click the "Sign in with GitHub" button
  • Atlassian Account: Click the "Sign in with Atlassian" button



If you prefer not to use the methods above:


  1. Click "Sign In With Magic Link"
  2. Enter your email address where prompted
  3. Check your email for a verification code
  4. Enter the code on the login page to access your account


Option 3: Create a Password (First-Time Users)


If this is your first time logging in and you prefer to use a password:


  1. Click the Sign Up option on the login page
  2. Enter your email address (the same one where you received the invitation)
  3. Create a password that meets the security requirements
  4. Complete the registration process
  5. You'll now be able to use this email and password for future logins


Resetting your password (Forgot Password)


If you previously created a password (not using social login or magic link) and you can't remember it, use the password reset page:


  1. Open: https://auth.repliers.com/en/forgot_password
  2. Enter your account email
  3. Follow the email instructions to set a new password


If you are already logged in


If you can access your account page, you can update your password here:

https://auth.repliers.com/account


Note: If you don't know your current password, log out first and use the reset link above.


Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and lost-device recovery


If MFA (2FA) is enabled on your account, you'll be asked for a verification code when signing in.


If you lost your MFA device and don't have backup codes


  • You won't be able to sign in until MFA is reset.
  • Please email support@repliers.com with the subject: "MFA recovery – lost device".
  • Include the email on the account and a short explanation.
  • For security, our team may ask you to verify ownership (for example: the last 6 characters of an API key, company/billing details, etc.).


If you're a developer working for a client, the account owner may be asked to contact support to request the MFA reset.


Upgrading to production data


After you sign in to the Developer Portal, if eligibility conditions are met, you can upgrade to a paid plan and start the production MLS® onboarding process here:

https://login.repliers.com/dashboard/upgrade


This dashboard will prompt you for the MLS/market, brokerage/agent details, intended use (IDX/VOW/back-office), and plan/add-ons. Once forms are completed and billing is set up, our onboarding team will follow up with next steps. You will need to ensure during the process that the subscription invoice is paid and agreements are signed.
