MLS Data Feed URL Requirements
When applying for MLS data feed access, you'll often be required to specify the URL where the listing data will be displayed. This is a critical requirement that must be met before your application can be approved.
Provide the exact URL where listing data will be published
The website must be live and reachable when submitted
Broken links or inaccessible URLs will result in application delays or rejections
For Individual Agent Websites:
Agent's full name and designation must be prominently displayed, for example: John Doe, Sales Representative
Brokerage name and information
All information should be easily visible to visitors
For Brokerage Websites:
Brokerage name and information must be prominently displayed
Individual agent names are not required
If your website is still being developed, you can still apply with these guidelines:
A simple "Under Construction" page is acceptable
Must still include required branding information:
Agent name and designation (for agent sites)
Brokerage name and contact info
Placeholder URLs: Don't use example.com or temporary URLs
Generic Landing Pages: Avoid pages that don't clearly identify the agent or brokerage
Broken Links: Test your URL before submitting your application
