Accessing TRREB Archived Listings (2003-Present)
Default VOW Data Access
Your TRREB VOW agreement automatically includes access to two years of historical data based on the updatedOn timestamp. This means all listings that have been updated within the past two years will appear in your VOW feed without any additional setup.
Requesting Archived Data (2003-Present)
If you need access to data older than two years, you can request archived data going back to 2003. However, this requires a separate approval process directly with TRREB.
Prerequisites
Before submitting your request, ensure your website meets TRREB's compliance requirements. TRREB will reject requests from non-compliant websites.
Review the general compliance requirements to verify your website meets all necessary standards.
Application Process
To request archived data access:
- Complete the TRREB archived data form - Download PDF Form
- Submit the completed form directly to dataagreements@trreb.ca
- Website audit - TRREB will conduct an audit of your current implementation to ensure compliance with the two-year data access before approving archived data access
Adding Archived Data to Your Account
Once TRREB approves your archived data request:
- Contact Repliers support to add the archived data to your account
- The process takes only seconds to complete
- Your VOW feed will then include the full historical dataset
