Accessing Repliers API for Development Purposes

This article explains how you can access our APIs for development purposes, including the limitations of the test data and necessary licensing requirements when you're ready to subscribe to our services.

Sample Data Access

For developers who are in the initial stages of application development and do not wish to pursue a paid subscription, Repliers offers the option to access sample data. This sample data is designed to help you build and test your application’s functionality without the need for a full membership or subscription or to meet licensing requirements.

  • Requesting Sample Data: To request access to our API with sample data, create an account. An API key will be created for you immediately. This data should suffice for testing and developing a working prototype of your application.

  • Limitations of Sample Data: Please note that while the sample data can be used to validate many aspects of your application, it may not be adequate for the implementation of all features. Features that require specific, detailed, and real MLS® data may necessitate a paid subscription and proper licensing.

Licensing Requirements

Once you have validated your application with our sample data and are ready to integrate real MLS® data, you will need to meet our licensing requirements. To access and utilize real MLS® data through our APIs, proper licensing is mandatory. This ensures compliance with the regulations and standards set by the MLS® Systems. For more detailed information on the licensing requirements needed to use our APIs, please visit our detailed guide: Understanding MLS® Data Licensing for Using Our APIs.
