Access To Multiple MLS® Systems Using A Single API Key & Deduplication

Unified Access to Multiple MLS® Systems

Using Repliers, you can access multiple MLS® Systems through a single API key, streamlining the process for brokerages licensed in multiple regions. This integrated approach allows for the creation of a seamless search experience, enabling users to explore listings across different cities without your application needing to manage multiple API keys for different regions.

Deduplication and Priority Features

Additionally, we offer a deduplication feature to enhance user experience. It's common for the same property listing to appear on multiple MLS® Systems. Our deduplication feature ensures that users see each listing only once, preventing repetition and clutter in search results. Moreover, your API key can be configured to prioritize certain MLS® Systems over others. In the event of a duplicate listing, you can decide which MLS® will serve as the default source for listing information.

Considerations for Multi-MLS® API Key Usage

It's important to note that the same MLS® number might be assigned to listings in different MLS® Systems. Consequently, when your API key has access to multiple MLS® Systems, you will need to specify a boardId for certain requests to identify the source MLS® accurately. This consideration is crucial, especially when expanding the access of an API key that was initially configured for a single MLS®, as it could introduce significant changes to how your system interacts with the Repliers service. For API keys restricted to a single MLS®, the boardId is implicitly determined.
