Image Insights - Frequently Asked Questions

What proportion of listings have Image Insights available?

All active listings are processed with Image Insights, as well as a minimum of three months of off-market listings. As time goes on, coverage grows automatically since we maintain a rolling three-month window of off-market data from the day the feature is enabled.

When is Image Insights applied to new listings?

There’s a slight delay, but processing is triggered automatically when a new listing is created or when we detect a change in the photo updated timestamp. This ensures new or updated photos are included in the insights.

Does Image Insights refresh if listing images change?

• Quality scores: We do not rescore existing photos if images change.
• Classification: We reclassify photos to account for new images or changes in their order.
