# How to Apply for ITSO Data Feed Access


Information Technology Systems Ontario (ITSO) provides two types of data feeds to support real estate professionals with property listings and market data.

## Data Feed Types

**IDX Feed**

* **Cost:** Free of charge
* **Purpose:** Basic property listing data for public display

**VOW Feed**

* **Cost:** $1,500 per year
* **Purpose:** Enhanced data access for Virtual Office Websites
* **Billing:** Charged directly to the brokerage

**Important Billing Information for VOW Feed**

If you're an agent requesting VOW feed access:

* **New brokerage subscribers:** Your brokerage will incur the $1,500 annual fee if they don't already have VOW access
* **Cost responsibility:** Your brokerage may choose to pass these charges directly to you, or they may absorb the costs themselves
* **Existing subscribers:** If your brokerage already pays for the VOW feed, no additional charges will apply

## Application Instructions

The application process differs depending on your role:

### For Real Estate Agents

If you're an individual agent requesting data feed access for your own use, follow the agent-specific application process.

### For Managing Brokers

If you're a managing broker applying on behalf of your entire brokerage, use the broker application process.

## Important Application Note

When completing your application, you'll be asked to specify your **ATP/Vendor**.
**Select "Repliers" as your ATP/Vendor choice.**
