Repliers covers almost all MLS® Systems in Canada. Whether you're building for a single market or looking for broader coverage, we have options to support your use case. This article explains the two main paths to accessing Canadian real estate data through Repliers — regional MLS® access and the REALTOR.ca DDF® national feed — and outlines the compliance requirements you'll need to meet before getting started. --- ## Getting Started Once you've confirmed your use case is compliant, here's how to get connected: 1. **[Create a free account](https://auth.repliers.com/en/signup)** — Sign up if you haven't already. You'll get sandbox access to explore the API right away. 2. **[Upgrade to production](https://login.repliers.com/dashboard/upgrade)** — Submit your licensing details: your agent's information, brokerage, and a description of your intended use. This is required for all Canadian MLS® feeds. 3. **Our onboarding team takes it from there** — We'll address your MLS® licensing application process and get you connected to the boards you need. > 💡 **Tip:** If you're unsure which boards or plan add-ons you need, mention your target markets when you submit your upgrade request and our team will guide you. --- ## Two Ways to Access Canadian MLS® Data ### 1. Regional MLS® Systems (Deep, Complete Data) Most Canadian markets are available through their respective regional MLS® System. This gives you access to the richest, most complete listing data available for that market — including active, sold, and historical listings, full property details, agent/member information, and more. Examples of regional boards accessible through Repliers include: - **TRREB / PropTx** – Greater Toronto Area - **REBGV / Greater Vancouver REALTORS®** – Metro Vancouver - **CREB / Pillar9** – Calgary and surrounding areas - **RAE** – Edmonton and area - **And many more across Canada** ### 2. REALTOR.ca DDF® (National Feed) The REALTOR.ca Data Distribution Facility (DDF®) is a national listing feed managed by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). It aggregates active listings from participating MLS® Systems across most of Canada. DDF® is a good fit if you need broad national coverage from a single feed. MLS® Systems are member organizations with strict data licensing rules. You must have a compliant use case before Repliers can connect you to any feed. ### Who Qualifies? MLS® data access is available to: **Real Estate Professionals** - Licensed real estate agents and brokers **Developers, Agencies, or Vendors Working on Behalf of Real Estate Professionals** - Technology companies or agencies hired specifically to build tools and products for real estate professionals > ⚠️ **Important:** Having a real estate agent as a business partner, employee, or client does not automatically qualify your company for MLS® data access. The product or service you are building must be directly in service of that agent's licensed real estate business.
