How It Works



Our system automatically enhances all clickable links in your client communications by adding an "email" parameter. When you send emails or messages through our API, we seamlessly append the recipient's email address to any URLs in your content.

Example URL structure:

https://yourwebsite.com/landing-page?email=client@example.com


Follow Up Boss Integration



This feature was developed specifically to support Follow Up Boss tracking. Follow Up Boss includes a pixel tracking system that automatically identifies visitors when an email parameter is present in the URL. When a client clicks a link with the email parameter, Follow Up Boss will:

Automatically associate the page visit with the correct client record
Update the client's activity timeline
Trigger any relevant automated workflows
Track engagement metrics for reporting

Other Tracking Software
