# Accessing TRREB Archived Listings (2003-Present)

## Default VOW Data Access

Your TRREB VOW agreement automatically includes access to **two years of historical data** based on the `updatedOn` timestamp. This means all listings that have been updated within the past two years will appear in your VOW feed without any additional setup.

## Requesting Archived Data (2003-Present)

If you need access to data older than two years, you can request archived data going back to 2003. However, this requires a separate approval process directly with TRREB.

### Prerequisites

**Before submitting your request**, ensure your website meets TRREB's compliance requirements. TRREB will reject requests from non-compliant websites.

### Application Process

To request archived data access:

1. **Complete the TRREB archived data form** - [Download PDF Form](https://s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/repliers.io/archived_data_request_form.pdf)
2. **Submit the completed form directly to** dataagreements@trreb.ca 
3. **Website audit** - TRREB will conduct an audit of your current implementation to ensure compliance with the two-year data access before approving archived data access

### Adding Archived Data to Your Account

Once TRREB approves your archived data request:

* Contact Repliers support to add the archived data to your account
* The process takes only seconds to complete
* Your VOW feed will then include the full historical dataset
